The vehicle has been fully restored and/or prepared part by part, reaching or surpassing its original factory condition.
Some cars are restored to be preserved... others are rebuilt to be driven.
This 1973 Porsche 911 2.4T Targa is the last year of the F-Series: the generation that defines the purest 911 silhouette, before impact bumpers changed the design forever. Its original chrome bumpers — no rubber overriders, no safety reinforcements that widen the body — are the visual signature that sets the F-Series apart from everything that came after. Fully restored in 2025, this example goes far beyond a factory-spec rebuild — it has been elevated to an entirely different level.
The 2.4-litre flat-six has been built to S specification with forged internals: high-compression pistons, Carrillo connecting rods, reinforced cylinder heads, latest-generation PMO carburettors and electronic ignition with MSD. The result is a powerplant that surpasses the original 2.4S in both response and reliability, while preserving the pure air-cooled character.
The chassis features structural reinforcements and a front strut brace to improve torsional rigidity. Braking has been upgraded with a high-performance Brembo system with red calipers, clearly visible through the two-tone Fuchs-style wheels in bronze and matte black, fitted with Toyo Proxes R888R tyres — road-legal semi-slicks that leave no doubt about this car's true purpose.
The interior blends three shades of brown with the coherence of a top-tier restomod: camel leather on seats and door panels, a two-tone dashboard with a dark chocolate upper section, tweed floor carpeting and cream-coloured instrument dials that coordinate with the exterior. A three-spoke leather-wrapped sports steering wheel, billet CNC aluminium gear shifter, sport pedals and red seatbelts complete a cockpit designed for driving, not just admiring.
The polished chrome Targa bar with targa lettering on the side, LED headlights with chrome inner bezels and a Porsche Classic sound system all follow the same logic that defines the entire build: today's components, absolute respect for the 1973 design.
100 km since its rebuild. Historic vehicle registration completed. An F-Series Targa built to competition standards, ready for both road and track.
