At Sauri Classics, we undertook a complete Mini One chassis restoration, addressing structural issues affecting the vehicle's safety. This project focused on repairing damage to the front chassis section of the Mini One, a critical component following an accident. Alongside bodywork and specialized paint repairs, restoring the chassis was essential to return the Mini One to its original structural integrity.


Phases of the Mini One Chassis Restoration Process

  • Complete disassembly of the damaged chassis. Affected front chassis section was removed to conduct a thorough inspection and plan for replacement.
  • Chassis front-end repair. Front-end chassis was repaired to fully restore the Mini's structure and ensure its integrity.
  • Bodywork repair and specialized paint job. Mini One's bodywork was also repaired, and a specialized paint coat was applied, restoring the vehicle to its original appearance.
  • Structural reinforcements in the chassis. Reinforcements were added to areas surrounding the chassis front-end to ensure solid integration and long-lasting durability.
  • Final inspection and safety tests. Mini One underwent rigorous safety testing to confirm that both the chassis front-end and the bodywork meet current safety standards.
